SHIPPING POLICY:

1. We ship worldwide to all destinations.
   
   
2. Local Shipping Charges within UAE are charged at 15 AED for orders below 300 AED. Any order above 300 AED enjoys free shipping within UAE.  Deliveries to the customers within the U.A.E will be made within seven working days.
   
   
3. We charge a flat shipping fee (non-refundable) of AED 95 on all international orders below 2,000 AED. Orders above AED 2,000 enjoy free shipping worldwide.
   
   
4. Prices mentioned on our website include all duties/taxes payable in UAE. Any additional duties/taxes levied by your country are to be borne by you.
   
   Our shipping partner will collect these (if any) at the time of delivery. Please know that most shipping partners charge an additional service fee incase they have to pay customs duty on your behalf. This service fee will be presented to you along with the customs duty paid and is to be borne by you. If you'd like to avoid this service fee, simply call the shipping partner with your tracking number and inform them that you would like to do the customs presentation yourself once the parcel reaches your country. The shipping partner will intimate you once the parcel is ready for customs clearance.
   
   
5. Our standard delivery time is 9-12 working days. That said, this may extend in case of delays in borders/customs clearance which is beyond our control.
   
   
6. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, our shipping partner will notify you that a delivery attempt was made. It is your responsibility to ensure that you arrange an alternate date/time and take delivery of your order. In the rare instance that an order remains uncollected and is returned back to us - we will deduct the two-way shipping costs and offer the balance in the form of store credit.
   
   
7. Products marked as "pre-order" are available for immediate purchase but will be shipped as per the timelines mentioned on the product page.
   
   
8. On placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once your order has been prepared for dispatch, you will receive details of the courier partner and tracking number.

RETURN / EXCHANGE / CANCELLATION:

1. We currently do not accept returns or exchanges. 
   
   
2. For incorrect orders or damaged products we offer a ‘no-questions-asked’ return and replacement, or refund. Refunds are subjective to the issue with the order and will be evaluated by our team upon its return. Please retain the original packaging whilst placing the request for pickup. 
   
   
3. We accept cancellations as long as the order has not been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. For cancellation, please contact Customer Care at hello@umraao.com prior to the dispatch of your order. We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your request.
   
   
4. If your order meets the above cancellation requirement, you can choose to get a store credit for the full value or a refund back in your original mode of payment.

DAMAGES:

1. We pack our merchandise with utmost care and love. Should you receive your package in a poor condition or find it tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to collect the parcel and notify our Customer Care team. We will arrange to send a fresh shipment or refund the amount paid for the damaged goods.
   
   
2. In case you find your merchandise damaged post-delivery, please ensure to send us an unboxing video for proof and contact Customer Care within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your request. Damages reported after 48 hours will not be eligible for an exchange.
   
   
3. We may request you to send us photographs and videos of the damage, so we can assess the nature of the damage and offer an appropriate resolution or exchange/replace product at no cost.
   
   
4. In case of damage, we will replace the damaged merchandise at no cost to you. If we are unable to send a replacement, we will offer an alternative, or store credit, or the option of a refund in your original mode of payment.

REFUND POLICY:

1. In the case of refund, for any reason, we will issue a store credit or the option of a refund in your original mode of payment of the value of the merchandise. Shipping fees and gift services (if any) are non-refundable.
   
   
2. ‘’Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.”
